American Express
Los Angeles, CA
Following its successful partnership with LeBasse Projects for the Philadelphia Centurion Lounge, American Express is launching its new Centurion Lounge at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
LeBasse Projects and Amex selected LA-based mixed media artist Danielle Garza, also known as Ellierex. An avid practitioner of the art of paper marbling, her recent installations include locations in West Hollywood, Facebook's headquarters in San Francisco, and Times Square Hong Kong.
Located in the Tom Bradley International Terminal, the new lounge will span more than 13,900 square feet. LAX sees 84.5 million passengers passing through annually, making it the second-busiest airport in the U.S. and one of the busiest in the world overall. In turn, Tom Bradley International Terminal is the busiest terminal at the airport.
Nestlé Waters
Worldwide
LeBasse Projects supported Nestlé Waters in curating a campaign for Perrier's new Flavored Waters. Working with Portuguese artist AKACORLEONE, LBP created a monumental mural fully encompassing an historic mansion in LA's West Adams neighborhood.
The entire mural process was filmed as part of a commercial campaign for Perrier and physical assets were reproduced digitally by the artist for use in an advertising campaign and on national billboards.
LBP supported our client by securing an international, world-class artist for the campaign, project managing the art installation, and delivering digital elements. The campaign inspired an immersive pop-up experience in 2019, drawing more than 5,600 NYC guests and generating millions of impressions.

LBP curated a painting installation by artist Jim Houser in his hometown of Philadelphia. Anchored by Amex’s signature blue, Houser showcased his unique aesthetic which often mixes stylized figures, geometric shapes, and quilt-like collages in a cohesive color palette.
Target MacArthur Park, Los Angeles, CA
Celebrate LA! was a partnership of CicLAvia, the LA Philharmonic, and Community Arts Resources (CARS) to clear the roadways between Walt Disney Concert Hall and Hollywood, transforming them into an auto-free zone where people could walk, run, skate, scoot, bike, and wander however they like. Six hubs along the route featured art, food trucks, screen-printing, kid-friendly fun, dancing, and live music.
LBP teamed up with Target, Wasserman Media Group, and artist Sket One to transform these art hubs. A twist on the classic "pit stop,” the CicLAvia community was offered a chance to upgrade their experience with everything they may need for the journey ahead, as well as colorful artwork and activations along the way.
